Genelec USA Artist Room Welcomes Peter More

More’s sound — full of heartfelt lyrics and rich, intricate melodies — carries an authentic Texan spirit, inspired by his travels and collaborations with artists worldwide. His most recent recordings include collaborations with Donald Fagen of Steely Dan, T Bone Burnett, and Fugees collaborator John Forté. More has recently been in the studio exploring different creative landscapes, including new original music and songs for film slated to release in 2025.
Interviewed by Genelec Inc’s Senior Technical Sales Manager Paul Stewart, Peter recalled how his band and unique world fusion sound arose organically via his international travels and friends he made along the way.
Peter’s first full-length LP was produced by Donald Fagen, whom he met in San Miguel de Allende, Mexico with his wife Libby Titus. They struck up a friendship, which evolved into jam sessions and eventually the chance to collaborate. “Donald offered to produce some music for us. We recorded in Mexico, Texas, and Woodstock and were able to create this great album together. We’re very pleased with how it all turned out.
“On behalf of Genelec Inc. and the entire Experience Center staff, we offer our sincere thanks to Peter and his band for an unforgettable performance and will be on the lookout for continued activity from them,” stated Paul Stewart. “We love Peter’s dedication to his sound and the warmth he brings to the world, making friends wherever he goes.”
